Sometime recently (possibly with 1.3?) rrdtool appears to have started to honour the locale set on the host computer. This results in numbers being output as 4,5 instead of 4.5, for example.

I'm up to 4 bugfixes so far, of different seriousnesses:

0.96a   FIXED - New z-ordering code did not work correctly on PHP4. This broke (at least) the editor. (thanks toe_cutter)

It seems that there are problems for PHP 4 users with Weathermap 0.96. I'll try and get a VM with PHP 4 working this evening to figure it out.
